THE OLD GLOBE TICKET SERVICES SUPERVISOR/TRAINING COORDINATOR The Old Globe seeks a Ticket Services Supervisor/Training Coordinator. Responsible for training and supervising all Ticket Services Representatives on ticketing systems, ticket office procedures and customer service standards. Supervisory and training experience is required. Ticket office experience is a plus. An ideal candidate will be an experienced trainer with excellent problem-solving and administrative skills. Days, evenings, and weekend hours. This is a full-time benefited position including ticket privileges. Salary commensurate with experience.
