NEW VILLAGE ARTS THEATRE MANAGING DIRECTOR NEW VILLAGE ARTS THEATRE, one of San Diego County ’s most respected theatre companies, is seeking a full time Managing Director. The successful candidate will join Executive Artistic Director Kristianne Kurner to form a leadership team to move NVA into a new area of growth and expansion. NVA currently operates a 99 seat theatre space in the heart of Carlsbad Village and is seeking a candidate who can provide the organization with strategic and financial leadership, especially in the areas of marketing, development, and budgeting/financial planning. The successful candidate will have demonstrated experience in the management of theatrical operations, financial and strategic planning, community development and fund-raising.
